You can start by filling out our custom installation inquiry form or placing an order for local delivery or pick-up. For custom installations, we’ll respond within 1–3 business days to confirm availability and begin the design process. Once we finalize your design and you’re ready to book, we’ll send a non-refundable 50% deposit invoice. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

Balloons last best at room temperature. Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and extreme cold. Please avoid leaving them in vehicles overnight and handle them gently, as they are delicate. Balloons should never be considered toys — children must be supervised at all times. Also, keep them clear of sharp objects. Natural latex balloons will develop a velvety, matte look if exposed to sun or heat — this is a normal process called oxidation. We use the highest-quality balloons available, but once they’re installed or delivered, they’re in your care.

Although our latex balloons are biodegradable, they should still be properly disposed of. Pop them (with scissors, a pin, or similar) before placing them in the trash.

Yes! We deliver throughout Hampton Roads and are available to travel outside the 757 as well.

Because balloons are delicate and affected by environment, we cannot guarantee their lifespan after delivery or installation. Depending on conditions, balloon garlands can last from a single day to several weeks. Heat, cold, sunlight, children, rough surfaces, and sharp objects can shorten their life. Once balloons are in your care, we are not responsible for popped, deflated, stolen, or released balloons.
